Det var längesedan jag skrev. Just nu sitter jag på mitt nya jobb. Jobbet går jättebra men träningen går crap! Jag pendlar tio mil om dagen och är precis slut när jag kommer hem. Med det sagt så är det så enkelt att jag inte orkar träna! Jag sköter min mat men inte träningen. Jag vill ju att vikten ska ligga på minus! Men den här veckan har jag nog äntligen hittat motivationen och orken.
Monday, January 11, 2010. I had a good week overall, but scale does not represent it. Oh well! Have started this week off good, as well. I have gotten nearly 4 L of water down. Workout complete, today was LBWO and treadmill via Oxygen Magazine again.
